COLLABORATION

This program promotes the ideal that all teaching partnerships require collaboration, compromise, and extensive communication. These middle school teachers will understand the value of collegiality and support for one another in a diverse educational community. They will become committed to working together to create and maintain a climate conducive to learning by all students as they will view the responsibility for all students as being shared.
