SWOT

 

Strength:

•  Good at math

•   Have a lot of international friends

•   Have American education background ,& know their culture

•   Family members effect

•   Good at cooperating, coordinating

•    Have an acute insight
  

Weakness:

•  Lack of experience such as internship so I don't know how to combine theory to the reality

•  Not have a strong influence

•   Not very aggressive

•   Not very efficient

 

Opportunity:

•  I can work in an an agent of  western company in China
  

•  Accounting:

1) Get my International Accountant Certificate

  2)Work in one of the 4 biggest accounting companies

     3)Working for 8 years, I can have the precious work experience. I can promote my ability. I understand the way of the management of the company. Most important of all is that I have many business associates.

     4)Start my own business career

     5) Hard at start

     6)Second half career when my company get on the right way, I will join the non-profit organization. Learn learn learn­.

Threat:

• leadership should promote when I have my own career

• Not good at  human resource when I have my own career
