Evidence of Nursing Process

nursing process » In the nursing program, we have just been introduced to the nursing process in Sophomore II. As I continue on, I will soon learn more about the nursing process and be able to better understand its benefits and purpose as well as use the nursing process on a daily basis.

» My first evidence of this outcome is my Health Promotion Plan that covers common stresses for age groups throughout the lifespan. At the end of the paper, I use the nursing process for one age group and create a care plan for a stress, exercise and nutrition issue.

Future classes that will advance my understanding and use on the nursing process are:

*NURS 340 Situations with Individuals: Adult Health I
*NURS 350 Situations with Individuals: Mental Health
*NURS 370 & 380: Situations with Families: Childbearing
*NURS 430: Situations with Communities
*NURS 440: Situations with Individuals: Adult Health II
