Written comprehensive examinations through the submission of documented entries are required in all School of Education and Movement Studies graduate programs at three separate points. These must be passed before continuing in subsequent semesters. An oral defense of the thesis is presented under the direction of the student's adviser and must be completed successfully no later than three weeks before commencement.
