Policy on Non-Discrimination
Pacific Lutheran University does not discriminate on the basis of
race, color, creed, religion, gender, national origin, age, mental or
physical disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or any other
status protected by law in the educational programs or activities which
it operates, and is required by Title IX of the Education Amendments of
1972 and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto, by Title VI and
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and by Section 504 of the
Rehabilitation Act of 1973 not to discriminate in such manner. The
requirements not to discriminate in educational programs and activities
extends to employment therein and to admission thereto.
