CNE CREDIT:  12.5 contact hours for $189.00, Optional 15 OSPI clock hours no additional fee

REFUND POLICY:  Registration fee, less $20.00 will be refunded if requested in writing by 12 noon, July 9, 2007.  No refunds will be made after that date.

PROGRAM ACCREDITATION:  Pacific Lutheran University School of Nursing, PA-19/Dec/08, is an approved provider by the Washington State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Accreditation.  Approval valid through December 2008.  The School of Nursing is approved as a provider of inservice education clock hours by Professional Education and Certification Division of the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, Olympia, WA.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  PLU reserves the right to cancel an offering when registration is insufficient to meet requirements and other uncontrollable incidents occur.
