A Brief Introduction

  My name is David Chartrand.  After serving seven years in the US Army and visiting such lovely places as Iraq and Afghanistan, I decided that a change in career paths was in order.  As I began thinking about what I wanted to do I decided that there were certain criteria that by new profession must fulfill; rewarding, challenging, exciting, and the ability to  truly help others to name a few.  All signs pointed toward the profession of nursing.

   I am lucky to have meet, and married, the love of my life Sara in 1999.  Together we have two daughters, Hanna and Hailey.  My family is very supportive of my goals and I feel very blessed to have them in my life.
