Fill in your responses to the questionnaire.
Move through the questions quickly and thoughtfully. If you have difficulty in making fine discriminations regarding a particular response, many people find that their first reaction seems best. You may note that sometimes the questions seem to be repeated. That is the nature of the questionnaire. While you have the right to not answer any questions, it is most helpful to our concerns if you do answer all questions. We have tried to construct the questionnaire so that it should take about fifteen minutes to complete.
SAVE
After completion of the survey, save the file under a name and location that can be easily remembered.SEND FILE
Return the saved file as an e-mail attachment.
After completing the survey in Microsoft Word there are 4 direct ways to send the survey. Choose which option you prefer based on the software and e-mail clients you have and which best satisfies your comfort level and needs.
1. Once the Questionnaire is completed, print it out and send to:

2. If you have Microsoft Outlook or other default E-mail client and
want to send your survey as an attachment:
- Click this e-mail address compass@plu.edu. Type in a subject line and any body text that you would like to include with your attachment. Next, choose Insert > File Attachment. Locate the file and click "Attach." Once satisfied, press Send.
- Choose File > Send To > Mail Recipient (As Attachment). In "To:" section type in compass@plu.edu. Press Send a Copy.
- Log-in to your e-mail account. Choose Attach or any corresponding way to insert a file. Type in compass@plu.edu as the recipient, enter subject line, body text (if any), and press Send.
