Campus Operator

The Campus Concierge is the campus operator during daytime hours. To service the hundreds of calls each day, we have built a database of information and resources to help our callers reach the right office for every question.



Campus Events

infoExtensive event and meeting information as well as community resources allow us to provide phone numbers for dinner reservations or make suggestions for where to take the kids for a fun day in Tacoma. The concierge desk also helps campus and conference visitors find the right location on campus for their event.

Scheduling Campus Events

Events are scheduled through the Conferences and Events Office, located in the University Center next to the Campus Concierge Desk. As you are reserving rooms and planning events, it is key that you provide a good event description with pertinent information (whether tickets are required, when the doors open for the event, etc.), and confirm that information with Conferences and Events. We can sell tickets and provide other services once it has be scheduled and requested through Conferences and Events.
