Biography:
Erin is Director of Dining and Culinary Services for Pacific Lutheran University. After receiving her undergraduate degree in English and Economics from Pacific Lutheran University, Erin attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. She graduated with high honors in 1992. She recently completed her MBA, with an emphasis on Hospitality and Tourism, from the University of Guelph.

Biography:
Lori is enjoying her new position as Catering Manager as of August 2008. Most of her time is spent overseeing the day to day operations of the facility. She came to PLU from the University of Washington as a Catering Service Operations Manage and prior to that, 10 years at Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering in West Seattle. She graduated from Ball State University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, hiking, photography, golf and baseball (now a days just watching!)

Biography:
JJ is Marketing Manger for two departments, Dining & Culinary Services & Auxiliary Services, splitting her time between projects for both. She has a degree from Eastern Washington University in Graphic Communications and comes to PLU with 10 years experience in Graphic Design. JJ has come to the Pacific Northwest from Montana and Spokane, and really loves living and playing in the area. When not at work, JJ enjoys golfing, skiing and spending time with her husband and three dogs.

Biography:
Erick is a 1991 graduate of PLU with a Bachelor of Musical Arts and has returned as Dining & Culinary Services Culinary Operations Manager. His Culinary Arts degree was earned from Bates Technical College in Tacoma, WA and he has over 15 years experience in the culinary field. He spent the past nine years working at the Sheraton Hotel & Towers in Seattle, WA.
