Immediately phone Campus Safety or Facilities Management to report unusual smells, water leaks, broken locks, spills, suspicious people, etc.

REPAIR & CLEANING REQUESTS

Direct non-emergency tasks to PLU Facilities Management when they involve: general maintenance, grounds, mechanical, plumbing, preventative maintenance, garbage/recycling, or custodial alarms, carpentry, painting, electrical, or engineering.

Repair and disposal of furniture and appliances is the responsibility of tenants and not PLU.

Work orders are valuable to us - submit them even when an issue is outside of your designated space!

Space Improvement Projects

Do not paint, alter space, or install equipment in anyway or anywhere without prior approval from Facilities Management. Submit your proposals for projects in advance  to: www.plu.edu/~fama.

PLU is required to post notices 72-hours in advance of projects to warn those with allergies, noise sensitivities. Be aware that other tenants may have scheduled activities that pose conflicts.
