Dr. Myles Munroe LeadershipLeadership is a skill that I hold in very high regard. Though I have not taken leadership courses during my college career, I feel as though through my experiences I have successfully acquired the ability to lead. Almost every course I have taken at PLU has required me to participate in a group project. In nearly every instance, I showed the initiative to step up as a leader within the group. I am a person who not only wants myself to succeed, but I want to see others succeed as well. Therefore, I took it upon myself to motivate all group members to complete their portions of the project to the best of their abilities; ensuring that the overall quality of the final project was excellent. I strive not only to motivate people to complete their work, but to understand the purpose and reap the benefits of the outcome. |
