In today's world, the ability to work in teams is essential. I know that two minds are greater than one, and three are greater than two. The synergy of teams allows for greater innovation, creativity, and problem solving. Business professors at PLU consistently stress the importance of teamwork, as every course incorporates at least one group project. Through these group projects, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of people. Some teammates have been hard workers while others were satisfied with simply doing enough to get by. Overall, every team experience has helped me develop leadership and team skills that will benefit me greatly in the future.
