Economics 311: Energy & Natural Resource Economics

Course Requirements

Course Requirements

As noted in the syllabus, several software simulations will be demonstrated in class during our regularly scheduled class meeting time.  These simulations will form the basis for model exploration exercises to be given as homework.

Occasional quizzes (10 points each) will be given on Tuesdays during non-exam weeks as a way of checking your progress with the material.  I will drop one quiz at the end of the semester before calculating your final grade.

Exams

All midterm exams are analytical essay and cover material delivered in class lectures, problem sets, and assigned readings.

The final exam is comprehensive, covering all text readings, handouts, articles, weblinks, and computer simulations.
