Kael Fisher's Recreational 296 Portfolio

Rec 296 ClassThis page is dedicated to Recreation 296, the experiences that we had, the work that we accomplished and the friends that we made. Recreation 296 is about learning how to facilitate recreational activities and how these activities can be beneficial to whoever partakes in them in more than just a recreational way. Throughout this page you will find out a little about who I am, my statement of philosophy, an analysis of objectives/competency and resource links that will help find more information about recreational activities and other physical activity experiences.

BIOGRAPHY

pic of me

My name is Kael Fisher and I am currently a Junior at PLU working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education. I also pitch for the baseball team at PLU. In my final year, I am hoping to have the chance to win our division. We have come close the past couple of years, so this will hopefully be our year. I grew up in the Northwest, and graduated from Cascade High School in Everett. After graduation I moved to Minnesota to attend Concordia College. While I was there I ran cross country and played a season of baseball, yet decided that it was not what I wanted. After making this decision, I enrolled here at PLU where I am continuing my journey towards becoming a Physical Eduction teacher.
