All Master of Science in Nursing program applicants must submit the following items:

• Graduate Application (On-line | Print)
• Official transcripts from all colleges attended
• Two letters of recommendation
• Official Graduate Record Exam (GRE) Scores
• Current Resume
• Statement of Educational and Professional Goals
• School of Nursing Addendum to the Application (available to download here)
• ESL/International Students must meet School of Nursing
• English Language Proficiency Standards (policy available in the Addenda packet and online here).
