Why "Bjug Harstad and the Chocolate Factory", you ask?
Bjug Harstad was the PLU founder and president from 1894-1895 and 1897-1898. Harstad Hall is named after him due to his profound affect upon PLU as a whole (basically for starting the whole university).

Bubble Room : Harstad's own chatroom. The room is monitored on a daily basis. Talk to others and maybe even people from different halls!

Harstad Hall housed the entire university from 1894-1912. It was used for many things such as a residence hall, offices, and classrooms. Now it is the only non-coed hall on campus and houses 200-250 women each year. Campus Safety is located on the ground floor of the hall.
Also, we needed something with Harstad in the title for the theme :)
