• Homework:
  There will be daily assignments. Late work is not accepted under any conditions, no matter how wonderful your excuse; though your worst assignment will be dropped from your total when calculating your grade.
  
  You are encouraged to discuss the homework with your classmates and/or with the instructor during office hours or via e-mail. The work that you turn in, however, should be your own.
  
  
• Tests:
  The two in-class tests will be held on 03/12 and 04/23, and the comprehensive final exam is on 5/25 at 8 in the morning. If you miss one test for a documented legitimate reason (as determined by the instructor) accommodation will be made for you consisting of a written or oral make-up exam. If you miss a second test you will receive a zero for that grade except under the most remarkable of circumstances.
  
  
• Weather:
  If a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, any assignments or tests scheduled for the cancelled day will be scheduled for the next class day. For example, an assignment due at the beginning of class on a cancelled Friday will automatically be collected at the beginning of class the following Monday.
