Rank and Salary

Visiting Assistant Professor, full-time, non-tenure track position; salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.  This is a one-year position renewable for the second year.

Responsibilities

1.    Teaching six 4-hour courses per year.
2.    An active scholarship program.
3.    Service to the department and university.

Qualifications

•    Candidates for this position must have a Ph.D. or doctoral degree in mathematics or a related area.
•   
Evidence of exemplary teaching.
•   
Able to teach a wide variety of mathematics courses at the undergraduate level.
