Teamwork has been a part of each and every business class I have taken at PLU.  From daily problem solving, to group papers and presentations, I have worked with a team on a daily basis.
During group projects, there are also usually opportunities to demonstrate leadership.  This is highly dependent on the members of the group.  In some groups, people are highly motivated and they each take charge of their own sections without the need for much direction.  In other cases, you might have a group that needs somebody to pull everyone together.  This is the time when an opportunity for leadership arises.  In these cases, I usually try to take charge of the group.  I find that I am good at motivating people and can usually help people to reach a fair compromise on their respective workload for the project.

Leadership

To me leadership is something to be held very highly.  I was raised with the mindset of always striving to lead.  In each of my business classes that I have enrolled in at PLU there has been a group project.  In every case I take it upon myself to make sure that everyone is doing there part and that those different components mesh together.
