I am a Pacific Lutheran senior graduating in the spring of 2010. I have been studying public relations and advertising over the few years, and am very excited to begin working within my intended field. I have also studied business, specifically marketing. I have worked two internships during my stay at PLU. Both internships provided me with vital real work experience and helped me develop skills that might have been otherwise overlooked if I had only taken college courses. I am charismatic and a hard worker and I plan to make the most of every opportunity sent my way. I have also studied communications in Australia, observing their television, print and film; it was an excellent learning experience. I am currently working two jobs, Famous Dave's and at the Tacoma Public School District.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I have a boyfriend of a little over a year now, and our favorite past time is going to or watching movies. Some of my personal favorite things to do are travel, shopping, watching criminal television shows and going out to dinner. I don't have a lot of free time between work and school, but when I have the time, I love to go visit my parents in Eugene. I am a huge Oregon Ducks fan, so going to games is one of my favorite past times. Finally, I truly enjoy reading. I read a wide variety of books, most of them fiction and diet books, though I don't typically follow the suggestions. I am truly looking forward to the spring semester and what it will bring— hopefully full-time employment!
