Chocolate Hazelnut Fruit Crepes

Ready in 20 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 4 crepes
  • 4 bananas (or whatever fruit is your favorite, strawberries are often good)
  • 1 can of whipped cream

Directions:

  • Spread ¼ cups of chocolate hazelnut spread onto each crepe. Arrange 1 sliced banana or fruit of choice down the center of each one. Roll up, and place in a warm skillet over medium heat. Let them warm up for about 90 seconds.
  • Transfer to plates and serve with whipped cream.

Key Lime Pie

Ready in 35 Minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs yolks beaten
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup key lime juice
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared pie crust

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and limejuice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and top with whipped cream, garnish with lime.

Mini Cheesecakes

Ready in 45 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 ounce) package of vanilla wafers
  • 2 (8 ounces) packages of cream cheese
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Strawberry sauce
  • Fresh strawberries

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line miniature muffin tins with miniature paper liners.
  • Crush the vanilla wafers and place ½ teaspoon of the crushed vanilla wafers into each paper cup.
  • In a mix bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fill each miniature muffin liner with this mixture, almost to the top.
  • Bake for fifteen minutes. Allow to cool, and then top with your personal favorite pie filling fruit.
  • HINT: If this is your first time making cheesecakes, here are some of the basics. Make sure your cream cheese is room temperature before you start. Also, make sure your batter is smooth and silky. Remove the cheesecake from the oven before it cracks. It is done before it cracks! These are the basics that should make this recipe turn out wonderfully!

Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

Ready in 35 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 2 ½ cups quick cooking oats
  • ¾ cup margarine, melted
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9x13 in pan.
  • In a large bowl mix together oats, cake mix, and melted butter so that it makes nice clumps and there is no dry mix remaining. Press ½ of the oats evenly in the bottom of the plan.
  • In a separate bowl, mix jam with water and spread over the crust. Sprinkle the remaining oat mix evenly over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 18-25 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned. Cool before cutting into bars.
