Our Mission

The Live It Committee is composed of PLU employees and students who are committed to addressing the health and wellness needs of the mind, body, and spirit for the PLU community.  The Committee does this by its efforts to:

1. Increase awareness, knowledge, and behavior skills associated with health and wellness.
2. Provide activities, presentations, and information throughout the school year.
