Language Resource Center (LRC)

Priorities of Use: A valid PLU ePass is required to use the facility. Priority is given to currently enrolled language students and faculty working on language-related projects/assignments.

Loading of Personal Software: Loading of personal software is not permitted except by approval of the Director of the Language Resource Center. Unapproved programs will be promptly deleted.

Saving Files: Personal files should be saved early and often to avoid losing any information. You may save temporarily to the desktop, but then you must save your final work to an external storage drive (jump drive, CD, email as an attachment, etc.). Any personal files stored on hard disks will be deleted once you log-out!

Food and Drink: Only drinks with a secure lid are allowed in the LRC. No food, please.

Printing: Printing is available for students and faculty working on assignments related to a PLU language course in the Department of Languages and Literatures (Chinese, French, German, Norwegian, Spanish, Latin, and Greek). Please refer to posted PLU guidelines for responsible printing.

Noise level: Please help to maintain a noise level that is conducive to study and research.
