LuteCard & Information Center treats all student records in
accordance with the Family Educational and Privacy Act of 1974
(FERPA ) popularly known as the Buckly Amendment. Further information

Privacy Statement for Non-Students
The LuteCard
& Information Center collects, protects and maintains non
public information from non student card holders. This information
is not disclosed to parties outside the LuteCard & Information
Center except under the direction of an officer of the university.
