The organization teaches scouts (boys) the lessons of leadership and citizenship through outdoor activities. These activities give healthy challenges that create physical, mental and spiritual growth. am currently an Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 711 but am inactive because of
my college career. After college I plan to be re-activating my leadership role
and become a member of the troop once again. I want to use my degree of
recreation to help plan programs and activities for the troop. The troop over
the years has been loosing members and not had the growth it once had. I want
to replenish and great positive growth for the troop. |
