The game of soccer is quite simple. There are some rules that you must follow in order to understand the game fully. There are a total of 11 players on the field, only the goal keeper can use his hands. There are 2, 45 minute half's.
Throughout the history of soccer there have been many great soccer players. These players have made soccer what it is today. For example Pele was a tremendous soccer player. He made the game interesting and thrilling. below are a list of present famous soccer players.

It is very interesting how soccer first orignated and where it originated. The place was England and it was a part of a festival. It was to celebrate the victory of English soldiers who had just beat the Roman troops. Soccer is only called soccer in North American and else where it is known to be football.
