Professional
foundations taught me about the requirements and process one must go
through to pursue a career in an advanced nursing role. In this course
we also researched each of the advanced practice roles, and in doing
this I learned a great deal about the variety of career choices for

My Future in Advanced Practice Nursing
I
entered this program with the intention of becoming a FNP in community
health and am still planning on heading in this direction. I do
believe that I am more informed as to what roles the APRN title encompasses and am keeping an open mind as to what avenue I will pursue in advance practice nursing.
