From this course we learned how the roles of both registered nurses and advanced practice nurses have a great deal of responsibility and with this comes the need for leadership and management. The field of nursing deals with many people from all over the health care spectrum and in order to ensure stability and consistency within the nurse must take on appropriate leadership roles.
My Future in Leadership and Management
There
are many opportunities in advanced practice nursing in which leadership
and management are of utmost importance. I look forward to exploring
these roles and learning how to become a better leader through my
education and clinical experience at PLU.
