Daily Applications

This page is the gateway to a series of interactive exercises designed to get you involved in doing management accounting: manipulating data, doing calculations, arriving at conclusions, and making recommendations. The applications are "daily" in the sense that they focus on the types of problems and analyses that managers use in day-to-day decision making. For each Daily Application, there are one or more "Quiz Yourself" modules that enable you to test your knowledge of the relevant concepts. In some cases the quizzes are dependent on one or more of the Daily Application exercises. The listing below provides a summary of the Daily Applications that are available. The first link in each row is a general introduction. The others address specific issues.
