When MediaLab first began in Fall 2006...
...it was an experimental, extracurricular endeavor that focused almost exclusively on print journalism. By 2007, MediaLab had evolved to become a for-credit class, with a broader scope that included videography, photography, print journalism and public relations. Today, MediaLab is an award-winning student media organization with expertise across the media spectrum.
