[Evaluation of Oral Communication] [Evaluation of Written Work]

Communication: the ability to listen, understand, and
verbalize in order to inform, persuade and/or move to action.

Communication is often divided into separate but closely related categories: written and oral. Many oral presentations also involve the use of visual aids. The communication process in writing and/or oral form is conceived as a sequential process consisting of the following steps and using the following skills:
