John Kaniss, Construction Projects Manager

As Construction Projects Manager, John Kaniss manages major construction projects for PLU. He has over 20 years of experience in facility construction and operations, and previously worked for the City of Tacoma as well as the City of Winston-Salem and Catawba College in North Carolina.

Mischell Devine-Nunner, Senior Administrative Assistant to Construction Manager, LEED® AP

Mischell comes to us with over 10 years working experience in the construction field.  She has a broad knowledge base she can pull from when she was a journeyman carpenter working for local construction companies in the south sound.  Mischell continued to progress in the field to become a project engineer for one of the areas largest ceiling contractors in the Puget Sound.  Mischell continues to stay current in the ever changing construction industry by receiving accreditation as a LEED® professional this year.
