Hi, my name is Jillian Okazaki. I am 20 years old, born and raised in Puyallup, Washington. I am currently a sophomore attending Pacific Lutheran University. It's a great school- an inviting and warm atmosphere, a place to learn, grow, see and experience ... nontheless, I feel right at home at PLU. I plan on majoring in communications with a minor in business.
With my degree, I plan to tackle my goal of owning my own bakery with my mom. I have been so inspired by the classes I have taken thus far at PLU, I am already starting to plot my business plans! College brings such an exciting adventure to one's life- I don't know where I'd be without it.
As far as my hobbies go, I am truly passionate about baking. I love to hike, travel and read. Dogs are also a big love of mine, I plan on owning at least 5 in the future :)
