Program Outcome: Apply the nursing process in the provision of direct and indirect care of
individuals, families and communities in a variety of settings and across
diverse populations.
So far, I have cared for a variety of people while at Orchard Park. My main client was awesome. He was fun to interact with everyday and made my first clinical experience a memorable one. It felt good to care for him and make his day just a little brighter. I was also able to use my therapeutic conversation with another resident that lived there during my clinical experience. Below is my conversation with her.

Record of Clinical PracticeAlso, in Nursing 270 we were asked to preform a health history on a partner. In doing this, it prepared me to do the same for a patient I may have in the future and directed me to what questions are important to ask and how their answers affect care.
I plan to master this part of the program outcome when I complete Nursing 340, 350 and 440.
