Housing & Meal Plan Contracts
If your student has not completed a Housing & Meal Plan Contract, now it is the time to do so!
With the exception of the South Hall residents*, students living on campus are required to complete a
2009-2010 Housing & Meal Plan Contract available on the
Residential Life website to finalize their housing assignments. This dual contract automatically enrolls your student in the
Lute Choice meal plan. Other meal plan options are available by additionally submitting an
Optional Meal Plan Contract available on the Dining & Culinary Services website. Each of the meal plans includes seven all-you-are-to-eat meals per week (Sunday Brunch & dinners from Sunday to Friday) in addition to varying amounts of declining balance Dining Dollars that can be used for all other meals. For a complete list of Meal Plan Options, descriptions, and cost, please click
here!
How to Complete the Housing and Meal ContractStep 1: An ePass is required to access the Housing and Meal Plan Contracts. This can be quickly created online on the
ePass website. You will need your 8-digit PLU ID number.
Step 2: Read over the descriptions of the different meal plans and decide which one works best. Meal Plans can be changed from semester to semester, but a specific semester's meal plan cannot be changed once the semester has begun.
Step 3: Complete the
2009-2010 Housing & Meal Plan Contract. This is a legally binding contract agreeing to financial charges and terms under which PLU agrees to provide housing and meals. Please have your student read it carefully before selecting the
"I agree" button.
Step 4: If in Step 2 you decide the
"Lute Choice" meal plan best suits your needs -- you are finished! However, if another meal plan is best, complete the
Optional Meal Plan Contract available here.
The 2009-2010 Housing & Meal Plan Contract must be completed online by your student with the exception of those students under 18 years old.**
