Student Health
Insurance! Medical health
insurance is required for all domestic full-time undergraduate students and all
full-time and part-time international students. The PLU Health Insurance Plan provides basic health care coverage and can
be a beneficial supplement to an existing health insurance plan (covering
co-pays and deductibles). Details of
the plan can be viewed online. Students will be automatically enrolled and
billed in the PLU Health Insurance Plan.
If you have a comparable primary health insurance plan and do not want
PLU Health Insurance, you must waive-out online
by midnight on September 19, 2008. No waivers will be
accepted after this date.
Final High School transcripts need to be ordered - PLU requires that all students
submit an official high school transcript showing graduation date and all final
grades. These transcripts should be sent as soon as possible so that students
do not have a hold placed on their account. Your student should contact their
high school to order a final transcript showing a graduation date. The
transcript must be sent directly from the high school to PLU Registrar's
Office.
