Is Your Student READY to Graduate?
Commencement is quickly approaching! Graduation applications, along with Academic Program Contracts (APCs), were due December 1st for all May and August candidates. This means your graduate has already taken a vital step on the path toward Graduation! In mid-January, all graduation candidates received a personalized Degree Evaluation via PLU email. A Degree Evaluation is a thorough review of a candidate’s graduation status, including any lacking requirements that require immediate attention…so make sure your student has reviewed and understands their evaluation! Should your student have any questions the
Registrar’s Office is available for assistance, appointments can be made at the Student Services front counter.
The next step is purchasing regalia (cap and gown)! Students will be emailed online ordering instructions in March. This is also the time when students, and parents, can purchase customized announcements.

PLU Commencement website for ceremony details, venue information, travel & lodging recommendations, a schedule of events and more.
