Welcome, parents, to summer 2008! This eNews serves to welcome all the parents of new students, send best wishes to the parents of recent graduates, and touch base with those of you who have students returning to campus in the Fall. Congratulations to all! Whether your student has completed, is one year closer to completion, or is just beginning their collegiate career, it is an accomplishment of which to be proud!
To the parents of graduates, although you will not hear from us monthly in this newsletter, we hope you will still keep in touch, visit campus, and always know you are a part of the PLU family.
To new parents, we extend a welcome to the PLU family! We look forward to the years ahead; seeing you at Orientation, Family Weekends, and touching base with you monthly through eNews. This newsletter serves to keep you informed and give you a place to ask questions and give feedback about how you would like to see our office communicate with you, as a proud PLU parent!
For those parents of current students, plan to hear from us again in September! However, during the summer months we will devote eNews specifically to new parents, making sure to target our articles to the issues most pertinent to students joining the PLU campus for the first time in the Fall!
