Recap 06-07 SeasonDuring the spring of 2007, PLU had only one returning senior, captain Cellen Coakley. However this did not stop the Lutes from having a very strong season. Over the course of the season our lady lutes beat Gonzaga, Boise State, University of Washington, Lewis and Clark, Whitman, and Oregon State to name a few. The women's team suffered two regular season losses to University of Oregon, and Western Washington University; however the Lutes ended second in regular season play. At the League Championships in Portland Oregon at Delta Park, the Lutes finished fourth overall, after a tough loss to Western Washington University. |
