Anna is currently a sophomore at PLU, studying to potentially become an art major. She started playing lacrosse in eighth grade, and helped start the first girl's middle school and high school teams in Tacoma. She graduated from Stadium High School in 2008, where she played varsity lacrosse for four years. Her team selected her as captain for 3 of those years. In 2007, Anna was named First Team All State in Washington and Player of the Year for Playoffs in Varsity B. She was also an Academic All-American. She generally plays center or midfield. This past year, her teammates at PLU selected her to be a captain for the 2010 season!
In her free time, Anna likes to downhill ski, dive, swim in large bodies of water, hike and do other snow & water related activities. She also enjoys shiny objects, bear hugs, the color green, smoothies, garden gnomes, Harry Potter, and scented candles.
