Your resume is an important piece of information for law schools to
have. However, not all law schools require you to submit one
along with your application. Resumes are helpful because they
outline your academic accomplishments, employment, extra-curricular
activities, and volunteer experience.
Remember, resumes are only outlines of your life. It important
to keep them very brief and specific. A lenghty outline will only
serve to annoy the admissions committees at law schools.
For help with your resume, a good place to start is your school's
career development and services department. PLU offers such a
service through its Career Development department.
