If you are unsure about which undergraduate major to pursue to best
prepare you for law school, worry no more! Law schools do not
require any particular major for its students. In fact, many law
schools encourage atypical majors. They like their incoming
students to be well educated in a variety of academic studies.
Choosing which particular area of law to pursue is a task best left to
deciding once you actually begin law school.
PLU does not offer a Pre Law or Legal Studies major, but a Legal
Studies minor is available. Although any major or minor will be
appropriate for law school, below is a list of some of the more common
