designed to build and enhance leadership skills for Residency administrators.  We will develop in the candidate the power to recognize current strengths-and build critical skills through focused and intentional support.

The "Five Themes for Leadership"

The “Five Themes for Leadership” are based on current

Washington Principal/Program Administrator Standards-Based

Benchmarks at the Professional Certification level.  These will

provide the framework for the practicing administrator to prepare

to successfully achieve their Professional Certification.

"Our progress as a nation can be no swifter than our progress in education. The human mind is our fundamental resource."
- John F. Kennedy
