B. Sc. Psychology: Major Milestones

We have developed a Major Milestones handout (on legal size paper) for your use in planning your academic program. This handout explains expected outcomes as well as the recommended course sequences for both Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science students. For information regarding transfer student guidelines, refer to the second page of the handout or go to Major Milestones: Transfer Students.

To declare a B.Sc. in Psychology, simply fill out the Academic Program Contract entitled APC Psychology--B.Sc., talking with a faculty member within the department about your program before obtaining the signature of the chair of the Psychology department.

If you decide to obtain a minor in psychology, please complete the APC Psychology-Minor.

Year One: Awareness & Appreciation

Year Two: Statistical, Methodological, & Analytical Skills (8-12 hours PSYC & 4 hours STAT)
