Candidate Responsibilities

Graduation Candidate Responsibilities



All Graduation Candidates are responsible for the following:

  • It is each candidate’s responsibility to verify he/she is enrolled in the correct courses to complete and meet all University and Degree requirements.
  • It is each candidate’s responsibility to have all appropriate paperwork on file with the Registrar's Office. (Applications, Final APCs, Waivers, Transcripts, etc.)
  • It is each candidate’s responsibility to regularly check his/her PLU e-mail account for important graduation information.
  • It is each candidate’s responsibility to ensure that all addresses listed in Banner Web are current and up-to-date. Candidates are responsible for correspondence mailed to Permanent, Local and Diploma addresses.
  • It is each candidate’s responsibility to ensure that all requirements are met by the degree deadline.
