Academic Program Contracts


The Academic Program Contract (APC) is the form used to determine a student's specific degree, major, concentration or minor within a department or school. The APCs for all schools and departments may be download at  Academic Program Contracts.

The student should make an appointment with the appropriate department chair to review the necessary requirements for the major or minor.

The Office of the Registrar suggests the student obtain a current unofficial transcript through the Student Services Center prior to the meeting with either the academic advisor or the department chair.
