You may arrange for a course to be completed on an independent study basis in conjunction with an appropriate instructor. A pink independent study card must be completed, signed by the instructor, and by the chair or the dean. The signed independent study card must be returned to the Office of the Registrar by the add/drop deadline for that term.
Please be sure to complete all information requested on the card. Independent study cards are available at the Office of the Registrar or on the wall display across from the Student Services Center.
