This semester brought new opportunities to learn about community health care and how to incorporate collaboration and teamwork to ensure the best patient care. Our class was broken into groups and instructed to work together to devise a paper focusing on a specific health issue and to present it. Our group chose sex education within public schools and decided to split the topic into pro and con sections focusing on areas we thought were relevant to health promotion.
