Submissions to Saxifrage

You can Submit your work to saxifrage in two ways. Online and On-Campus

Online
Step 1. Download the
Saxifrage Submission Form.
Step 2. Fill out the form completely using a word processor. You may submit as many pieces as you like.
Step 3. Attach the submission form and your submissions to an e-mail.
Step 4. Make the subject line of the e-mail read: "Saxifrage Submission from [your full name]"
Step 5. E-mail it to saxifrage@plu.edu.
You will get a response within a few days affirming that the e-mail was received.

On-Campus
Step 1. Download and print the Saxifrage Submission Form, OR pick one up from one of the Submission Boxes around campus (locations listed below).
Step 2. Fill out the form completely, including the title of each piece being submitted. You may submit as many pieces as you like.
Step 3. Print out two copies of each written work or piece of art (unless impractical for certain art prints)--one with your name, one without it (for anonymous judging). If only one copy of your art is being submitted, put your name on the back.
Step 4. Put all materials (submission form and copies of pieces) in a folder or manila envelope with your name on the front.
Step 5. Drop your envelope or folder in one of the submission bins around campus.
If you would like to submit an art piece for consideration that is physically too big to fit in the submission bins, e-mail Saxifrage@plu.edu to arrange a personal pick-up.
